History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around her neck, and a nunchaku on her belt. Her hair is chestnut and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Maiathah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Maiathah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Theodoric was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak, marred by teas. Her black hair is knotted and matted. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
