She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Cartwright soon after.

Personality: Fragrant hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bellfounder. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and wants a kiss

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and sabotage a competitor
