Recently the stress of being a Carter has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Through the years after Torgga was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Torgga's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tanner.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. He tends to his Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
