Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a blue shirt with thin black vertical stripes and blue pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears long strands of aquamarine and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Gruk is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull black iron scale mail. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length white crest. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Salasar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and money/treasure

Description: 5'9" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears a brown coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon her head. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are green.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
