Personality: Ruloth wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
