History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Melissa was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
