Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents enrolled her in a Warlock school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She is dressed in an above average manner. With wild white hair. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Bella enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Bella lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
