Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Crown-heir father left him crippled. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
