Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a grey vest and prefers green and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and to find somewhere to settle down
