Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Volen was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he usually wears his brown robe and has his trident always slung over his shoulder. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Taklinn hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge
