Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Elaim was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and she wants revenge against drow

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Layabout. Her black hair is greasy and uncared for. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by her family; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Orc, and stands approximately 5'4". She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat, and her gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. With bright white hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
