Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Paelias was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Paelias took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Roofer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sailor, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
