Description: He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. He carries with him a set of ceremonial daggers on his belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Doctor who has hired him part-time. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Fragrant enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
