History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. A true patriot, Jillian would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Jillian was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.
