History: Pelt was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oloric embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a Mason, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.
