Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Kriv hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and someone believes him a fraud

History: He was raised in a island tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and expand his business

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
