Description: This slender man stands about 3'2". He wears an entirely blue suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Cockaby was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
