History: He was raised in a island tribe. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Arannis and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Mastema enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Jeweler for hire.
