Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His red crest is heavily combed to the right. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Pijjirik was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears rags and sports a simple walking cane and is in decent physical shape. Her yellow fur is thinning but still full. Her eyes are likewise yellow. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Scribe business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Leaf grew up listening to her father's many stories. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His red hair is still thick. This violet eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is greedy

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears brown trousers with black and white striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her cinnamon fur has been sun bleached extensively. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Shadow wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Druid, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Shadow lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Weaver, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and an old rival family wants her found
