History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She keeps her golden hair in a pixie cut. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arara grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arara. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Description: This tall, slender man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Uraim embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. The war was a terrible time for him, and Uraim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Uraim was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Shifting's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
