Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is short and silver. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Fargrim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Fargrim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: 4'4" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull black iron scale mail. He has wavy chestnut hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Whurbin was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This woman wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on her right hand. Her tied-back hair is golden. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Herleva lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and money/treasure
