History: Born in the east to a Blacksmith, River learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable
