History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shaena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shaena. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Xappan was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miner. After a long history of fighting, Xappan and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She has done her best to style her white fur to look like a famous performer. Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed brown hat.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she is greedy
