History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears an entirely blue suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her black hair is matted, messy, and big. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Mara was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mara decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
