His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: The child of a Shepherd, who enjoyed hunting, Suhnae was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

History: Tippletoe was born with her father's beautiful face. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. She bought a sai and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the west to a Marshal, Dûsh learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job
