Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for her, and Aura does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Aura alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and she loathes her own lifestyle
