Description: An older woman who tends to wear a large brown jacket, she is not a threatening figure. She keeps her long red hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Gifted from a young age, Hlin studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Balam is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Balam lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a black coat with tan slacks, and is pretty ugly. He wears his white hair up. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cressel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Ugly, Disease, Insomniac. Bonds: Debt. Occupation: Fletcher

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she usually wears her brown robe and has her axe always slung over her shoulder. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Audhild was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Courier for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
