Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, marred by chocolates. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Millicent was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Paela hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Paela was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and someone believes her a fraud
