Personality: Vanuath wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears red trousers with white and blue striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Portia was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dayereth embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: Born to a Navigator, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Architect. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: An older man who dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is black and curly. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. A true patriot, Solomon would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.
