History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Shava was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born into a rich family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. Recently the stress of being a Unemployed has made it difficult for her to sleep.

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
