Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she prefers to wear flannel. She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Portia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with green slacks. She carries with her a set of longswords, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She was born in a small mountains village. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Finellen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a pastel vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his pastel boots flare out at the collars. He keeps his red fur in a pixie cut. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The war was a terrible time for him, and Sun does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new beggar responsibilities is difficult

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She wears a brown costume with the symbols of death on her torso. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Giselle was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Giselle decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
