History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. River was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Blacksmith. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone.
