Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Phann learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Tanner, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She now owns her own business.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. Her tied-back hair is blonde. Her ears are large.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jacoba is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
