Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears bulky white painted plate armor. Her black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Trym embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Trym was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and wants a kiss

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ugarth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Siffress was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Expand her business; and wishes to resurrect an old love
