Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His golden hair is cut short. His ears are large.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A 5'9" eastern man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: To be a Blacksmith again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears dull brown sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed sword, just in case, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her yellow fur is long and unkept. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
