History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Daar liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has worked as a Gardener like her mother before her.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Volen is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Volen was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and to unite with her brother

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is an amazing painter.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Revenge; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult
