History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mary grew up listening to her mother's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
