His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. She wears a colorful flower in her white hair. Her white eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Akta hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son.
