Roofer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. After a long history of fighting, Synthrin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her childhood dream was to be a Miller, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Herbalist for hire.

Motivation: To be a Miller again.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Patrick's homeland. Patrick decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wishes to resurrect an old love
