Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rathkran embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dragonborns in Rathkran's homeland. Rathkran decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rathkran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
