History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mercenary. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north to a Mercenary, Tharivol learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and green handkerchief worn on her right side. Her hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Sumnes lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She became a Tanner soon after.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and wants to open a new tavern
