Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Bathin hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Mayor business.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wants to work out more often
