Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rangrim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Rangrim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rangrim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, brown shirt, and blue tie. She carries with her a set of ceremonial daggers on her belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. Her brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Ruler. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.

History: Dara was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. At a young age his father died while driving off some brigands. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in scythe use. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
