Description: This woman stands a little under 3'1" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. History: Tippletoe was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name.
