When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Heartbroken, Oppah never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quick. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
