History: Born in the north to a Laborer, Beast learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Laborer for the past few years.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Alston's homeland. Alston decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
