Description: 6'1" and muscular, this northern man typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. His scarlet crest is thinning but still full. His eyes are red and beady.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shamash does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When Shamash reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'2" when asserting himself. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Thorin was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Thorin decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Animal Trainer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Ielenia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
