Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nemeia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Nemeia reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
