Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Valida liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week.
