Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Theodoric was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

History: He got into the Butcher business at a young age. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Pelt was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dilettante. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
